1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how SIPPS ("the Company", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores and protects personal information submitted through the website at sipps.co.il (the "Site"). By submitting your email address through the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following information:

• Email address. Collected only when you voluntarily submit it through the signup form on the Site.
• Date and time of signup. Recorded automatically together with your email address.
• Technical log data. Our hosting provider retains standard server logs, which may include IP address and browser type, for a limited period and for security and reliability purposes only. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

The Site does not use cookies, analytics services, or advertising trackers.

3. Purpose of processing

Your email address is processed for a single purpose: to notify you of the launch of SIPPS products and of related updates prior to launch. The legal basis for this processing is the consent you provide when submitting the form. We do not sell, rent, or disclose your email address to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Storage and data processors

Waitlist records are stored in a private database operated by Notion Labs, Inc. and are transmitted through the infrastructure of our hosting provider, Vercel Inc. Both parties act as data processors on our behalf and are bound by their respective data protection terms. Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address until the launch notification has been sent and the waitlist is closed, or until you request its removal, whichever occurs first.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you are entitled to:

• Withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you may also contact us directly.
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal information.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to the waitlist database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, together with its effective date. If a change materially affects how we use your email address, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect.
